A shortened incubation period does NOT make outbreaks worse, it makes them SMALLER. The Dr. lady on H5O is blatantly wrong. Such a fast infection-to-death period DOES make it a more powerful and desirable biological weapon specifically because a fast incubation period significantly reduces the chances for a major outbreak/pandemic scenario.

It’s actually a LONG incubation period that leads to bigger epidemic crisis because people will travel all over the place to create new infection vectors. The shorter the incubation period, the fewer the vectors. Someone needs to hire a new expert.
