And now we have a second full-length trailer for this summer’s How to Train Your Dragon 2. Taking place five years after the first film, the sequel introduces Hiccup’s (Jay Baruchel) mother Valka (Cate Blanchett) and the dangerous new threat of Drago Bludvist (Djimon Hounsou) who plans to raise an army of dragons to take over the world. Gerard Butler, America Ferrera, Kristen Wiig, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, T.J. Miller, and Craig Ferguson all return to voice their characters from the first film. The sequel opens in theaters everywhere on June 13th.

Super Secret Crisis WarComic Book Resources has the scoop on IDW Publishing’s announcement over the weekend at Emerald City Comicon about their upcoming summer crossover Super Secret Crisis War which will feature several Cartoon Network properties (including those like Johnny Bravo and Cow and Chicken who will be making their first appearances in IDW in a series of one-shots)

The Daily Star is reporting that the Harry Potter prequel story Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them will be adapted into three feature films

The Wrap is reporting that NBC has ordered 13 episodes of the new show Aquarius starring David Duchovny as a 1960s Los Angeles police sergeant who tracks aspiring cult leader Charles Manson

Deadline is reporting that Jack Stanley has been hired to write the script for the sequel to Chronicle (the overrated low-budget super-hero flick from 2012)

I loved Sin City, and after a nine-year wait we’re finally going to see a sequel. Here’s the first trailer for Sin City: A Dame to Kill For which returns Jessica Alba, Bruce Willis, Rosario Dawson, Mickey Rourke, and Jaime King. Eva Green, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Juno Temple, Josh Brolin, and Jamie Chung also star. After a very long wait, the sequel finally makes its way into theaters on August 22nd.
