When a childhood friend is shot Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) agrees to help the victim’s brother (Ben Watkins) to take down the gang member that killed him after Andre learned Dion (Andre Holland) killed the leader of his own gang for money and power.

The situation not only requires Jesse (Coby Bell) to go undercover as a gun supplier but the team needs to borrow the inventory of another supplier to make the scam work. Things get even further complicated when the only witness to the original crime (Indigo) turns up dead.

In the episode’s B-story Sam (Bruce Campbell) and Fi (Gabrielle Anwar) enlist the help of a group of college students to try and track Micheal’s blackmailer (Jere Burns) back to his home.

When the smoke clears Michael is able to get justice for his fallen friend, but Fi and Sam’s mission comes up empty leaving the spy with no choice but give into the blackmail and erase all mentions of the lone remaining member of the group who burned him from the CIA’s computers. We’ll have to see how the ramifications of this decision, and the emotional fallout, play out in the season’s remaining episodes.
