Okay, I know it’s only October but Marvel Comics has unleashed a sneak peek at its schedule for January 2008.  So what do we have to look forward to in the new year from the House of Ideas?  To start with how about the debut of a new Captain America with a kick ass Alex Ross cover (larger version inside the Full Diagnosis)!  Plus a new series about a dozen WWII heroes sent into the present, the second month of Spider-Man “Brand New Day,” new adventures for the X-Men and the Avengers, plus much, much more.  Check out the press release here.

Here’s a fun clip from Season Two‘s “Galileo” as President Bartlett (Martin Sheen) and C.J. (Allison Janey) discuss the NASA mission to Mars, Galileo 5 and Sam’s (Rob Lowe) problem with the speech.  Funny stuff, also infused with a sense of wonder and excitement of space travel (why can’t NASA market its own product this well?).  Larger version available in the Full Diagnosis.
