Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #119

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #119 comic reviewThe trouble-free days for the heroes in a half-shell appear to be over. April has been run out of New York City by Baxter Stockman who is taking measures to see she never makes it back to Manhattan to share the information she learned about his secret mutant program using the Slithery’s offspring.

Elsewhere, the young weasels and Lita head out on their own looking for trouble to prove themselves true ninjas, and end up finding more than they can handle, and the big rally has arrived which Old Hob and his Mutanimals take dangerous steps to remove any and all competition from running Mutant Town. The issue closes will all hell about to break loose between Hob’s minions and the locals who the Turtles have been training.

Following up from last week’s issue, we see more of Oroku Saki stepping in silently to do what he can (here taking out one of Hob’s assassins). Will the larger chaos finally force the Turtles old enemy, now ally, to leave the shadows and reveal himself?
