“De Rolo’s Eleven” is probably my favorite episode of The Legend of Vox Machina. The plan is simple: to break into the Cobalt Archive in Rexxentrum in search of information about The Whispered One. Nothing goes to plan, the results are less than ideal, but ultimately it’s all quite amusing.
A heist episode highlighting various skills and dysfunction of the group all at the same time, everything that could go wrong does go wrong. However, somehow, the Vox Machina does make it out of the library alive with in the information they seek… thanks to the quick thinking of Grog (Travis Willingham)? With the final episodes of the season turning deathly serious, this little gem hits in all the right ways.
