Spider-Man: One More Day Trailer

“One More Day,” Marvel’s four-part Spider-Man cross-over which began in Amazing Spider-Man issue #544 and will end in next month’s #545 follows Peter Parker, still a fugitive from justice for his choices during Civil War, at a crossroads as Aunt May lies in a coma and hard choices must be made.  At the arc’s conclusion only Amazing Spider-Man will remain in print (and will have multiple issues released per month) as both Friendly Nieghborhood Spider-Man and Sensational Spider-Man will go on hiatus as the hero gets a “back to basics” reboot in “Brand New Day.”  Check out this trailer for “One More Day.”

This Week in Film

Cate Blanchett retuns as Queen Elizabeth in the sequel to the 1998’s Elizabeth.  The story centers around the Queen’s attempts to stop conspiracies aimed to kill her and put Mary Queen of Scots (Samantha Morton) on the throne, an attacking Spanish armada, and her relationship with explorer Sir Walter Scott (Clive Owen).  Abbie Cornish and Geoffrey Rush also star.  Check out the official site.  We’ve seen it and we’ll have the review for you when the film opens in theaters everywhere on Friday.  Larger trailer, plus the trailer of the original, available in the Full Diagnosis.
