Comic Rack

Hmm, we’re about to talk about comics so it must be Wednesday!  Wait, it’s Thursday?  Yep, sorry for the one extra day delay, but we wanted to put a little extra love into this 100th and final issue of the RazorFine Comic Rack boys and girls.  Yeah, it’s the end of an era.  So, one last time, pull up a bean bag and take a seat at feet of the master as we look at the new comics set to hit comic shops and bookstores today from DC, Marvel, Dark Horse, WildStorm, Vertigo, Dynamite Entertainment, IDW Publishing, Archie, and Image Comics.

This week includes Amazing Spider-Man, Angel: After the Fall, Brit, Betty & Veronica, The Black Terror, Conan the Cimmerian, Hellblazer, Invincible Iron Man, Madman Atomic Comics, Robin, The Spirit, Uncanny X-Men, The Walking Dead, The X-Files, Zorro, the final issue of Batgirl, and the first issues of Dark Reign: New Nation and Terminator Revolution. All that and more inside the Full Diagnosis.

Enjoy issue #100 (Special Variant Foil Edition!)

No More Powers

One of my favorite Marvel titles for years has been the on-again, off-again, What If…? which takes an important moment or storyline in the Marvel Universe and changes a single aspect just to see what might have happened differently.  Now, all the tales aren’t winners but when it’s good it’s pretty damn good.  Today we take a look at what would have happened if the Scarlet Witch had taken away all powers from the Marvel Universe.  Check out the review inside.

Written by Brian Reed, C.B. Cebulski, Jim McCann.  Art by Paolo Pantalena, Patrick Spaziante.  Cover by Jim Cheung, Mark Djurdjevic.

Fresh Ink

With Oscar movie season kicking into full gear we’ve been a bit slow at getting new comic reviews up.  Thankfully, at times like these, we can turn to G4’s resident comic nerdess Blair Butler who gives us her take on several indie graphic novels including Mesmo Delivery, La Muse, Screamland, and Queen and Country Special Edition.
