Well, Sylvester Stallone exceeded all expectations by writing, directing, and starring (as he will do here) in the pretty darn good Rocky Balboa (read that review) which was a fitting swan song and fairwell to a beloved movie icon.  The question is can he pull it off again, this time for John Rambo?  The new film finds Rambo leading a group of mercenaries up the Salween River in Thailand.  The supporting cast includes Dexter and Angel star Julie Benz.  Check out the official site.  The film explodes into theaters everywhere on Friday.  Larger trailer, and those of the first three films, available in the Full Diagnosis.
