Hollywood.com is reporting that due to the success of Taken 2 another sequel is on the way. I don’t know about you, but if we have to sit through another Taken movie, I’m hoping it looks like this:

Check out this scene featuring Sam Riley and Garrett Hedlund from the upcoming adaptation of Jack Kerouac‘s novel On the Road. The film, which opens in limited release in select cities on December 21st, also stars Kristen Stewart, Amy Adams, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Steve Buscemi, and Terrence Howard.

Ironhead Studios, the special effects shop specializing in costume and creature design in a variety of movies including Hellboy II: The Golden Army, Tron Legacy, Thor, Batman Returns, and X-Men: The Last Stand, also crafted the armor and helmet for Thanos seen at the end of The Avengers. Mark Wahlberg stars as an ex-cop hired by the city’s mayor (Russell Crowe) to look into who is sleeping with his wife (Catherine Zeta-Jones). Natalie Martinez, Jeffrey Wright, Kyle Chandler, Barry Pepper, and Alona Tal also star. Broken City opens in theaters on January 18th.

As part of their promotion for the upcoming Monsters, Inc. prequel Pixar has created an official website for Monsters University complete with pages about the students, campus, academics, and even an online campus store to pick up that four-sleeved MU hoodie you’ve been eyeing. Well done. Monsters University (which opens in theaters on June 21st) tells the story of how Sulley (John Goodman) and Mike (Billy Crystal) met in college.
