A movie with Jackie Chan and Jet Li?  Sign me up!  Michael Angarano stars as a kung fu obsessed teen who discovers a mystical staff which leads him on an adventure to ancient China to return the staff to its rightful owner, the imprisoned Monkey King (Jet Li), with the help of a drunken master (Jackie Chan), a vengeful beauty (Yifei Liu), and a silent monk (Jet Li).  Is it just me or does this sound like a whacky Kung Fu version of The Wizard of Oz?  Actually, the film is an adaptation of the classic novel Journey to the West.  Check out the official site.  The adventure begins everywhere on Friday.  Larger trailer available in the Full Diagnosis.
