Amanda (Melinda Clarke) makes a play to kidnap Ari‘s (Peter Outerbridge) son Stefan (Dylan Minnette) to gain sole control of the black box, and as payback for Ari’s betrayal, but she wasn’t counting on the surprisingly effective ex-German counter-intelligence officer (Andrew Divoff) Ari hired to protect his son and kill any potential threat to him. Krieg’s (Divoff) skills keep Stefan alive from Amanda’s hired soldiers giving Nikita (Maggie Q) and Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) time to get to Switzerland and take Stefan from Krieg.

Newly arrived in New York, Santana (Naya Rivera) quickly overstays her welcome when she gets snowed in with Rachel (Lea Michele), Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Adam (Oliver Kieran-Jones). Meanwhile back in Lima, the Glee Club gets an assignment to break up into male and female teams to choose and perform mashups of their favorite songs from their favorite movies in the wake of Will (Matthew Morrison) and Emma’s (Jayma Mays) wedding debacle. Despite Will’s decision to give Emma space, Finn (Cory Monteith) continues to search for Mr. Shue’s runaway bride even attempting to enlist the help of Sue (Jane Lynch), Artie (Kevin McHale) and Emma’s parents (Don Most, Valerie Mahaffey).

After receiving six numbers from The Machine (five of whom have disappeared off the grid entirely), Reese (Jim Caviezel) heads out to a small Northeastern coastal town following the only one of the numbers whose whereabouts are known. There he finds an agent of the FBI (Luke Macfarlane) investigating the same case, but both are forced to sit out a storm in a police station with a group of locals and tourists, one of whom may well be their killer. Looking into the man’s apartment and basement Finch (Michael Emerson) discovers human teeth in the building’s boiler room leading Finch to believe someone has killed each of the six victims in order to assume their identities for his own nefarious purposes.
