What begins as Darkwing Duck and Gosalyn (dressed up as his new sidekick) attempting to bring in the resurrected Dr. NoGood who has brainwashed the children of St. Canard takes several twist and turns including Darkwing even temporarily allying himself with Megavolt (which goes about as well as expected as it turns into a double-cross against our hero).
The inclusion of Megavolt, and the double-cross, isn’t the only twist as events escalate quickly in Darkwing Duck #6 with writer Amanda Deibert and artist Carlo Lauro stuffing the issue with as many Darkwing Duck characters as possible including Gizmoduck, Morgana, Stegmutt, Neptunia, Negaduck, Bushroot, Quackerjack, and Liquidator. The amount of cameos eventually overshadow any storyline, but fans of the characters will get some enjoyment from seeing them all collected here.
