After stealing Taurus Bulba‘s ship and setting off to find King Midas’ enchanted gauntlet, needs a little help in finding the resting place of the gauntlet: Agony Island. Disguising himself as Darkwing Duck, the villain attempts to trick Morgana into helping him with the location. The witch easily sees through his ruse and takes some delight in punishing him before deciding to give him what he wants offering a warning about the dangers of the island and the limitations of the gauntlet which the villain completely ignores.
Elsewhere we see Hammerhead Hannigan trick Megavolt, Liquidator, Quackerjack, and Bushroot into going going after Negaduck who has just arrived at Agony Island as the issue comes to a close. A fun continuation of the story, with Morgana quickly seeing through Negaduck’s ruse and foreshadowing potential disaster for the villain even if he is successful in his quest.
