Wired is reporting that ABC has officially picked up Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for the Fall schedule. The show will star Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, and Elizabeth Henstridge as agents of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division.
TV Guide is reporting that despite fans less than enthusiastic response to the current season after the firing of the show’s creator Dan Harmon, NBC has decided to renew Community for a Fifth Season. Chevy Chase, who left during the filming of Season Four, will not be returning.
The Hollywood Reporter is reporting ABC has mercifully cancelled the painfully unfunny Happy Endings starring Elisha Cuthbert. The network has also cancelled Body of Proof, Red Widow, Malibu Country, Family Tools, and How to Live With Your Parents for the Rest of Your Life.
