No Hard Feelings is your basic convoluted romcom centered around an awkward pairing that pushes characters through a series of contrived and embarrassing moments for a mix of laughs and groans. I’ll give stars Jennifer Lawrence and Andrew Barth Feldman some credit here for managing to squeeze out as many laughs as possible.

Not even Nicolas Cage with a ridiculous mustache (for far too short a time) can save this movie. The Old Way is a bad film, not funny bad, not disturbingly bad, not uproariously bad, but mediocre in every single aspect. Cage stars as a former gunslinger long retired whose own family is targeted by the someone (Noah Le Gros) directly affected by his past actions. With his wife (Kerry Knuppe) dead, Colton Briggs (Cage) takes his equally autistic daughter (Ryan Kiera Armstrong) after the men in a quest for revenge in this underwhelming tale.

The latest from the Broken Lizard comedy troupe is an attempt at a humorous take on the hunchback Quasi Modo (Steve Lemme) who finds his life as a torturer put in danger after being tasked to become an assassin by both his King (Jay Chandrasekhar) and his Pope (Paul Soter) who each hope to use the good-natured Quasi to kill the other.

Over the years several films and TV series have made use of female American outlaw Belle Starr, most highly fictionalized. The 1968 spaghetti western The Belle Starr Story with Elsa Martinelli is problematic for multiple reasons not the least of which is Belle’s response to fall in love with attempted rapists not once but twice in the film.

Throwback Tuesday takes us back to year 2000 and the attempts of two braindead wrestling fans (David Arquette and Scott Caan), who have obviously never heard the term kayfabe, to help their shitcanned hero (Oliver Platt) reclaim his championship after being buried and fired. Ready to Rumble is a bizarre film, created during the height of World Championship Wrestling’s popularity and features several wrestlers of note including Sting, Diamond Dallas Page, Goldberg, Curt Henning, Booker T, Bam Bam Bigelow, and more.
