Throwback Tuesday takes us back to the summer of 1987 and the team-up between director John McTiernan and and action star Arnold Schwarzenegger which gave us Predator. While I wouldn’t rank Predator as his best film, it’s certainly worthy to be in the discussion coming during the greatest stretch of his career between 1984 and 1991 when he starred in The Terminator, Commando, Predator, The Running Man, Twins, Total Recall, Kindergarten Cop, and Terminator 2: Judgment Day

The time travel is made possible by the arrival of Pike’s older self letting him know the consequences if he attempts to change the outcome of his accident several years in the future.

“Here’s Looking at You” introduces Zoe Margaret Colletti as Zoe, the daughter from Charles’ (Steve Martin) old relationship that walks back into his life on the shooting of the new Brazzos show. Although she plays coy over the reasons behind her visit, she does help our trio of amateur detectives discover the hidden passages within the Arconia. This explains how someone is planting evidence in attempts to frame them for Bunny’s (Jayne Houdyshell) murder. It also allows them to spy on their neighbors including both Nina (Christine Ko) and the returning Teddy Dimas (Nathan Lane) who is back in the Arconia awaiting trial and promising to fuck Oliver (Martin Short) over.
