After identifying the victim as a promising businessman turned professional Santa Claus, Castle and Beckett discover the victim walked away from both a lucrative business and loving wife (Leslie Hope) five years ago to put on a Santa suit, offering no explanation for his sudden behavior.

Sherlock Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) is called in to investigate a bombing at a web design company that left two people dead and several others injured. Although the police are able to track the phone used to set off the explosion it turns out to be a dead end when the all they find at the other end of the line is a plumber (Adam Mucci) who mistakenly misdialed while trying to get in touch with his favorite deli. A little more investigating leads Holmes to discover the bomb was made, and set in place, more than four years ago, silently waiting for a call that never came.

Bones (David Boreanaz) and her team are faced with a unique challenge when a notorious street artist (Jay Paulson) accidentally falls and glues himself to remains of a murder victim while working on his latest billboard. While Booth and Bones start interview suspects including his girlfriend (Stephanie Lemelin) and the man’s boss (Jeff Witzke), Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) and Fisher (Joel David Moore) work on trying to separate the remains of the victim from the artist’s body using a simple jar of peanut butter.

Joseph Gordon-LevittHitFix is reporting that Warner Bros. is in talks with Joseph Gordon-Levitt to play Batman in the proposed Justice League film tentatively slated for the summer of 2015. If true, it’s unclear whether Gordon-Levitt would play the same character of John “Don’t Call Me Robin” Blake from The Dark Knight Rises (hopefully not) or would take over the mantle of Bruce Wayne as well in a true reboot that would still slyly acknowledge Christopher Nolan‘s films (hmmm….?)

Deadline is reporting Chevy Chase has finally parted ways with Community even though many of the show’s upcoming Fourth Season episodes have yet to be filmed

Ace Showbiz is reporting that Lenny Kravitz has been cast for the role of Marvin Gaye in Midnight Love, the new biopic of the Motown singer from director Julien Temple

Entertainment Weekly is reporting Sherlock won’t return until late 2013 and the Third Season may not air in the United States until 2014

Five-0 is called in to investigate the murder of a man who was shot, dosed with gasoline, set on fire, and hit by a moving car in the middle of remote sugarcane fields. The trail leads McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) and Kono (Grace Park) to a squirrely therapist (Vanessa Marcil) who McGarrett is positive is involved in the murder, even if he can’t prove it. A trip to the victim’s wife (Amy Sloan) reveals the victim had something on his conscience to atone for before his death, but doesn’t provide McGarrett anything to connect an improper relationship between her husband and his therapist leading Danny (Scott Caan) to question McGarrett’s initial assessment of the situation and their leading suspect.
