Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Return to New York

With Leonardo (Dominic Catrambone) finally healed the Turtles return to the Kraang-controlled New York City in hopes of finding Splinter (Hoon Lee) and Karai. Finding a near empty city with little sign of the mutate populaced, the Turtles journey back into the sewers where they find their father… but not quite how they left him. After months of the Turtles’ country exile it’s good to see the foursome back in their natural habitat.

It takes April‘s (Mae Whitman) newly-developed telepathic abilities to help heal Splinter’s mind and turn the murderous rat back into the family’s patriarch. By the end of the episode the extended family of the Turtles will be together once more, with the exception of Karai and April’s father. And to retrieve Splinter the Turtles are forced to reveal themselves to the Shredder (Kevin Michael Richardson) who now knows that his enemies survived the fall of New York City. Will the war with the Foot heat back up immediately, or might the enemies find a way to work together to stop the Kraang’s conquest of Earth?
