Actor turned producer Bruce Campbell sat down with Machinima to discuss the new Evil Dead remake which sounds much more serious in tone and far less funny (“there’s not a snappy line in the whole movie”) than I was expecting. The remake of Evil Dead starring Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Jessica Lucas, Lou Taylor Pucci, and Elizabeth Blackmore opens in theaters on April 12th.

Although last season of Psych hit DVD shelves this week it looks like we’ll have to wait a few more months for Season Seven. On the plus side the show has released this promo giving us a glimpse of what we’re in store for when the show returns in February.
Based on the books by Lee Child, Tom Cruise stars as Jack Reacher, a former military police investigator turned drifter, who shows up to prove the innocence of a sniper (Joseph Sikora) believed to have killed five victims. Rosamund Pike, Robert Duvall, Richard Jenkins, David Oyelowo, Michael Raymond-James, Alexia Fast, and Werner Herzog also star. Jack Reacher opens in theaters on December 21st.
