Lois & Clark - All Shook Up

With a new Superman in still in theaters every now and then I’ll continue to take a look back at the hero’s more memorable moments on both the big and small screen. With an asteroid on a collision course for Earth threatening all life on the planet, Superman (Dean Cain) volunteers to head out into space and try and prevent it from crashing into the planet. Although the Man of Steel is mostly successful, a large chunk continues on its way to Earth. More troubling is the disappearance of Superman whose amnesia has left the world unprotected as the clock to the end of the world continues to count down.

Superman: The Animated Series put their own spin on several new and classic comic book villains but of all the baddies made specifically for the show Livewire (Lori Petty) stands out above the rest. Although her introductory episode may not be one of the show’s best, Livewire turned out to be another fun character to add the animated rogues gallery of our hero.

Perception - Warrior

Picking up from last week’s cliffhanger, things get worse and worse for FBI Agent Kate Morrtti (Rachael Leigh Cook) as the facts don’t match up to her story about why she shot a Congressman’s son (Logan Bartholomew) in his own home. In fact Kate’s story get so hard to believe even she begins to doubt the truth. After being charged with murder by the Assistant District Attorney (Kevin Weisman), Kate spends most of the episode in a courtroom or in sessions with an FBI mandated psychologist (CCH Pounder) leaving Daniel (Eric McCormack)  and Donnie (Scott Wolf), who quits his job as an ADA, to prove her innocence.
