Bones - The Party in the Pants

The Jeffersonian investigates the murder of a stock broker who spent his free time moonlighting as a stripper after his remains are found at a construction site. Wendell (Michael Grant Terry) is able to ID the victim by a the serial number of his implant and Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) and Angela (Michaela Conlin) begin analyzing the singles stuffed in the man’s pants for prints or DNA, hoping it might lead them to the strip club where their victim worked.

Castle - The Fast and the Furriest

Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) investigate a murder victim who worked at a primate sanctuary and whose mauled body was dumped at the emergency room in the middle of the night by a convicted killer (James Madio) recently released on parole. A talk with the convict who found the woman in the alley, before unceremoniously dumping her in front of the ER, leads Beckett and Castle to the crime scene which boasts some unusual circumstantial evidence (in the form of giant footprints) that convinces the mystery writer the crime was committed by Bigfoot.

The Mentalist - Red Letter Day

The CBI are called in to investigate when the owner (Stephen Macht) of a run-down Wild West tourist down is found murdered in his office. Jane (Simon Baker) and Lisbon (Robin Tunney) talk to the victim’s widow (Wendy Phillips) and son (Eyal Podell) as well as the rather odd Chief of Police (Antonio Jaramillo) to get a feel for the victim and the town. Cho (Harry Groener) talks with the head of the town’s Wild West show who had motive given the almost bankrupt victim’s plans to sell the land the that the Old West town stands on. Looking for other suspects, Jane and Lisbon head into the town’s saloon to talk with a local bar maid (Tamara Mello), but all they learn is the victim was generous to a fault and everyone, except perhaps their unknown killer, loved the man.

After a bit of a miscalculation The Doctor (Matt Smith) and Clara (Jenna-Louise Coleman) materialize on a sinking Russian nuclear submarine near the North Pole in 1983 which has just picked up a rather unusual passenger in the form of a Martian Ice Warrior whose mere presence on the sub puts the entire crew, and perhaps even the entire world, in danger. While the ships first officer (Tobias Menzies) dismisses The Doctor’s explanation of events as pure rubbish, the ship’s Captain (Liam Cunningham) and scientist (David Warner) try to keep an open mind.

Framed by his mysterious double for both the bombing of Synequanon and the attempted murders of both Vargas (Bruce Ramsay) and Jones (Aisha Tyler), the former who is being tortured for information by the U.S. Government while the later is in surgery to save her life as episode opens, XIII (Stuart Townsend) is unable to convince Betty (Roxane Mesquida) or the other surviving members of The Veil of his bizarre story of brainwashing, doppelgangers, and an elaborate frame that has him hunted by Synequanon and the U.S. Government. Searching for XIII, Amos (Greg Bryk) begins looking into Betty, her murdered brother, and the stolen Synequanon documents that got him killed.
