Although the pieces of the story feel about awkwardly stitched together, “The Cooling Off the Mark Job” offers fun moments as Hurley (Drew Powell) returns after his own con went sideways to help the team deal with their own mark (Alex Boniello) who stole $3 million from a church including $1 million the team hasn’t yet recovered. While initially there to just help Clay cool off, and recover the rest of the church’s missing funds, Hurley empathizes with Clay especially after learning what, or more specifically who, the stolen money was for.

Superman Saturday takes us back to the 1950s and a strange visitor from another planet who came to Earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men. “Night of Terror” is an interesting episode of Adventures of Superman as neither Clark (George Reeves) nor Superman play much of a role until the final few minutes. While out of the city, Lois (Phyllis Coates) stumbles into a pair of criminals just after a murder. Her call for help doesn’t reach Clark or Superman, but it does reach Jim Olson (Jack Larson) who arrives at the roadside motel and is mistaken for the young assassin the syndicate has sent to take care of the women.
