Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist
- Title: Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist

The film is about Nick (Michael Cera), the only straight guy in an all gay band who was recently dumped by his longtime girlfriend Tris (Alexis Dziena), and Norah (Kat Dennings), a straight-edge alternative girl with a good taste in music and a a bad taste in guys(Jay Baruchel), a dislike for Tris and a crush on her unknown former boyfriend.
Through circumstances you will only find in movies like this Nick and Norah pretend to be boyfriend/girlfriend in an attempt to keep Tris of their backs for five seconds. For ten years Diane Enlgish has been trying to get this remake of the 1939 film off the ground. Maybe she should have waited another decade or two. If you are in any way shape or form a fan of the series then your going to love this. It’s like 3 episodes rolled into one and a bigger screen. Same characters, more problems, strong friendships, sex, love and more just for our fanatic viewing pleasure. Many would say it was a little long, but a true fan will feel like they have just indulged in a day at the spa and a trip to a runway fashion show with their favorite BFFS from Sex and the City. It’s like the show had never been canceled, they picked up 3 years later with a lot of the same problems, plus a few new ones to boot and pretty much solved them all by the end. I wouldn’t say that it’s all buttoned up neatly, I could easily see a return of the series or another film. The great thing about Sex and the City, it’s life, at least in some fictious/realist way, and we all no that life never ends.
