Pretty Little Liars - Love ShAck Baby

Sharing Alison (Sasha Pieterse) endoded diary with the rest of the group, Emily (Shay Mitchell), Spencer (Troian Bellisario), and Aria (Lucy Hale) each take turns reading through the fictionalized accounts of their lives hoping to find clues to what made Alison disappear and where she might be hiding. While still numb from her break-up with Caleb (Tyler Blackburn), Hanna (Ashley Benson) is forced to admit to one of her least proud moments found in the pages of Alison’s journal.

The Liars‘ attempt to leave town to check out a bed and breakfast mentioned in the diary leaves them stranded in the woods near Ezra (Ian Harding) cabin after someone decides to play with the car’s GPS. While hiding out during the storm, the foursome continue to piece together events from the book while an increasingly erratic Ezra continues to search for both the girls and the diary which once found has been deciphered enough to possible lead A straight to the object of his obsession.

Although we get a few lingering subplots involving Spencer (Troian Bellisario) fighting with her father (Nolan North) and Toby‘s (Keegan Allen) case against Radley, “Love ShAck Baby” stays primarily focused on the journal and what it does to each member of the group. Initially angry with Hanna for keeping the journal to herself for so long, each of the other Liars begins to understand her hesitation once reading the tales on their own. As Hanna finally deals with with the loss of her boyfriend, Emily wastes an afternoon on a hurtful wild goose chase she assumes was set-up by Alison, and Aria continues to lie to the rest of the group concerning the resumption of her relationship with Ezra and the real owner of the cabin they hide out in while waiting for the tow truck.

I though Hanna’s secret was going to be bigger and I wanted to know more of the stories in the diary before it got taken away. I can’t believe Ezra is A but he is so dark this season I don’t see any other explanation.
