“What’s crazier and riskier than partying with the guy who’s going to destroy us?”

Wander Over Yonder - The Rager

Breaking back into the top three of the Galactic Villain Leaderboard, Lord Hater (Keith Ferguson) is in high spirits. The same can’t be said for his dungeon filled with deposed rulers who face torture in the morning. The sudden arrival of Wander (Jack McBrayer) and Sylvia (April Winchell) to offer the group the chance to party as if it is their last night (which it very well may be) creates a rager in the hull of the ship that even Hater can’t ignore.

Under a dubious disguise, Hater makes his way into the party. Trusting Wander’s decision to allow him to stay the party rages on until the break of dawn where the group is able to make their escape under the nose of the hungover despot. My favorite part of the episode involves Lord Hater’s attempt to prove the existence of, and then later sneak into, the party. Once he makes his way inside things go as expected, but there is still fun to be had especially during the montage as Hater takes advantage of the sleeping Commander Peepers (Tom Kenny).
