Holy Moley! MTV has reported that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is set to play Black Adam in the upcoming Captain Marvel film. Fans voted on the role they wanted the former wrestler to play in the film and the response favored the Middle Eastern hero turned villain (hmm, hasn’t he done that before?). The Rock is in talks with director Pete Segal (Tommy Boy, Anger Management) to discuss the role, but still no word on who will don the red and gold to play the film’s hero. You’ll know more when we do!
