A movie with Jackie Chan and Jet Li? Sign me up! Michael Angarano stars as a kung fu obsessed teen who discovers a mystical staff which leads him on an adventure to ancient China to return the staff to its rightful owner, the imprisoned Monkey King (Jet Li), with the help of a drunken master (Jackie Chan), a vengeful beauty (Yifei Liu), and a silent monk (Jet Li). Is it just me or does this sound like a whacky Kung Fu version of The Wizard of Oz? Actually, the film is an adaptation of the classic novel Journey to the West. Check out the official site.
